MCM here I come!

I just registered for the Marine Corps Marathon on Oct 26th. My stomach is in knots. I'm so excited but also pretty nervous. I guess this means I need to get my ass running again! :)

Thank you! I will definitely keep everyone posted. I'm so eager to get done with this move and start training again.

Is the M.I.L. really that bad?! I bet you have some insane stories, eh?

You are so much braver than I am! Jill and I are waiting to register until July 4th when we'll decide if we (me) were completly crazy and should do the half in the fall and a full in the spring.

She is THAT BAD, Jen. We are talking stuff like her screaming at me in the hospital as my wife gets ready to deliver our baby--the nurses had to separate us. The M.I.L. did not want ME in the room as the baby was being delivered. She thought it should just be her and my wife. She was not a happy woman when we kicked her out of the room. Man, I have a million stories. That is just the tip of the iceberg! Awful, awful woman. I should start a weekly "Guess what my mother-in-law said" post. I could call it 'Mother-in-Law Monday'. I think that could be fun...
